Shocking moment just now. I called customer service at Soccer.Com and....

GASP!!! (after hitting 3 numbers on the call prompter) actually got a live person right away. Not a "All our associates are busy serving other customers" message.

So lucky I guess.

Cancelled an order that was supposed to be for my son, and was supposed to arrive in October. Latest update made it unlikely to arrive by Christmas, and I found the same item (different color) actually in stock at Dick's.
